Adluh Flour is an "Award Winning" soft wheat short patent flour milled from a blend of #1 and #2 grade soft red winter wheat. Our Plain / All Purpose Flour is a patented cake flour. Its milling formulation has been constant since 1926. It is bleached and enriched and is available in both plain and self-rising.

Analysis: Protein Average 8 to 8.65% Ash Average +/-.35%, Moisture Range 11.5 to 12.5%
